ive heard many people say that the extra video ram is usually a gimmick, seeing as you will never need more than 896mb if that. Also, EVGA is offering both 896MB and 1792MB versions ensuring you get enough memory to handle the highest of resolutions and texture quality. i figure another 275 or co-op 275 will bring the ugly 20-30 fps in the higher end games up to maybe 40-50? in that case would the 250 boost it even more? any input would be apprectiated, because it is a pretty substantial price difference, newegg has the 275s for $260, the co-ops for standard price of $350, and the 1792mb 275s for $290. The powerful 3D processor features the NVIDIA GeForce 275 GPU with a complete set of 240 processor cores plus super fast 0.8ns DDR3 memory. and cryostasis, yet runs flawlessly at 60-80fps on games like modern warfare 2. it runs amazingly, but slows down a bit with max settings on games like assassins creed, crysis. NVidia GeForce GTX 275 Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows Server 2003. in 2 way SLI would the performance really be worth it by adding the 250 into the mix as a dedicated physx? is there any result pages out there with this sort of combo? i already knew what to expect as far as fps on games with the 275, and got just what i paid for. What do you guys think? i'm already ready to order another 275 or spend a bit more and go for the co-op.
